I've been using the chair for 2 weeks already and I love the armrest. I can do lots of modifications to the armrest and it clicks nicely. The only flaw with this chair is the headrest. It doesn't seem to have a good clicking mechanism since it keeps slipping down after I try to adjust it higher.
HI Ho, we thank you for the review, and we're looking to improve the quality of the headrest here. However, for the headrest part, you may try and slip it in again to find the groove again.
