Just got the bunk bed yesterday but not able to use yet because one part of the bed is loose. Does not look safe for my child to be sleeping on it. Arranged for the guy to come back and he can only come back the next day at 6pm. Hope he can rectify it n that part won't come out loose again. The bed is higher that I expected. The mattress looks ok but not the kind that will last long if someone big or heavy sleeps on it.
