Verified Purchase
This replacement table is delivered a week after one corner of the first delivered table was found with severe cracked lines and rusted joint under the table. Customer service was prompt to make the replacement. The responsiveness was worth a 5star rating. The delivery staff assembled it gently and carefully. Their politeness was commendable. However the replacement table is still found to have a slight crack at one of the corner, The minor defect was not visible to us and to delivery staff as the line was nearer to curve corner, and the X-joint area again has peeled off paint and exposing the seemingly rusty looking area (same as the originally delivered piece). The quality control and possibly the warehouse storage or handling process seem questionable. Only commendable areas are the customer service and delivery staff.

JiJi Sg delivery staff arrived with the unassembled table in a box and we were pleasantly surprised that they said for Table delivery they would assemble for customer on site at customer’s residence. It was well assembled but seconds after assembled, the delivery staff and us saw the cracked paint or laminate lines of one corner of the table. Delivery staff immediately took the picture and reported to his office and assured us they would do a replacement asap. Soon enough JiJi SG called and made arrangements for the replacement within the week. The replacement table came as scheduled and the delivery staff assembled and did a thorough check around the table surface and sides to ensure there was no visible cracked lines like the first piece. We were also very satisfied with the delivery staff’s politeness and care. The replacement table is almost perfect but after the delivery staff left and we went under the table to check again, we found one little cracked and peeled off paint at one corner of the metal joints. Since it is not visible from top view, we leave it as is. It is still much better than the first returned set.
