The solid steel drawer size a bit big as compare to normal steel filing drawer unit. overall is ok. item was well pack and well protected. Ranjith was so kind to move up the item for me as requested last minute.

Everything was ok until I opened the filing drawers.

There was 1 bar inside the filing drawers for each of the 6 drawers. I guess they were for shorter suspension files to hang on. Mine are all A4 so is just nice without the additional bar along the depth of the drawer. I contacted customer service and they could not solve the problem of removing the bars across the depth of the drawers. Finally, I pulled and bent the bars and forced them out of the drawers. To be fair, the customer service did try to help but to have the bar as an option instead of something that is fixed may be a better provision. The delivery arrived within the stated time, but before unpacking the last item, they wanted to leave. My husband demanded that they finish their unpacking before leaving. Except for the above issues, the quality and looks of the items ordered are good.
