We retired our old chairs (10 years plus). I was worried about the quality of the chair as there was no showroom to try. I ordered two different chairs, one with a cushion seat and the other with a mesh seat. I ordered assembly service. The chairs came with plastic wrap as protection, and they feel nice and comfy. The movable parts move smoothly and silently. The recline angle and adjustable headrest make it very comfortable for resting. So far, it feels great, and I hope it lasts. The one with a cushion seat feels slightly more comfortable.
