Bought it on 9 Dec, arrived on 13 Dec. Opted for self assembly and I'm glad I did, as the hair was already 80% assembled. Just needed to screw in 9 Allen bolts to fix the 2 armrests and backrest to the seat unit. Took under 30 mins to do this with the supplied Allen wrench. Very comfortable chair, complete with seat height, reach and lean function. Highly recommended.
