Service recovery for an exchange of a defective Fynn stackable stool was fast and seamless. Poor quality and workmanship. Laminate wood leg cracked , splinters on the wooden legs , rough finish, indentations on cushion seat, most of the 16 screws on the underside of seat were rusted. Would not suggest to stand on stool to reach for things as it was wobbly.

The stools are reasonably priced and looks pretty good. Ours were ones without the cushions for the seats, unlike the JiJi photo here.

I bot 6 chairs - 2 of them came with different material (white formica ?) on the flip base side of the seat - not visible from the top but strange.... The legs of the chairs come with raw edges with splinters coming off the edge when I wipe down with a cloth - so I now need to scotch tape the edges to prevent users getting splinters....
