This is going to be a honest review. Firstly, Customer Service was proactive in providing assistance promptly. Thank you. Secondly, the chair has full functionality as advertised. Their head rest, back rest, arm rest and lower spine support is adjustable. The seat has a nice firm shaped cupping that positions your seating comfortably. The Lumbar support is also not too overpowering. But, I strongly believe in never ending improvements. The wheels can be a little noisy when moving due to the metal frame and wheel pin gapping. The arm rest would be nice is it could rotate radially. The seat would be nice if it had a different material instead of a netted design as if there is dust or etc where to fall on the seat it would get stuck. Plus, it can get uncomfortable if you were to Sweat. The parts finishing also needs quality improvement.
