Nice looking chair but I found the seat to be a tad too narrow for me (I'm not obese by the way). Handles are shaky and the castors don't always roll smoothly. The recline handle on the right side of the seat is not always easy to use - sometimes I had to use a bit of force to push it down before the back can recline. But for the price I paid I can't expect too much. I will probably use it for one year before I upgrade to more high end models.
