What is your Return and Refund Policy?

Return Policy

JIJI.SG 100-Day Return Policy

So if you change your mind, don’t sweat it! You may return your purchase to us within 100 days of the date you received the item (subject to Return Eligibility below). Refunds will be issued to the same method of payment as the original payment, and we will arrange for the item to be picked up from you! Simply email us at sales@jiji.sg with your order reference and we will get back in touch with you.

If your item arrived damaged or you received the incorrect item, we are happy to arrange for a prompt replacement. Please contact us at sales@jiji.sg with your order reference number within 14 Calendar Days from the date of delivery!

*Warranty only covers mechanism problems/manufacturer defects.

*Wear & Tear of materials are not covered under warranty

 

Return Eligibility

Please ensure that your items meet all of the following returnable conditions:

Within 100 days after delivery

New condition and unused Original packaging

Original Packaging

The following condition are NOT eligible for return:

"As-Is" or "Final Sale" items

Self-assembly items

Items that have been removed from their original packaging

Damaged items resulting from misuse, abuse, normal wear & tear

Products damaged after receipt of delivery

MADE-TO-ORDER products

Clearance/1 SET OFFER Products that require on-site assembly

Modular Wardrobes

Bedroom sets

Compressed Mattresses

Sports & Fitness Products

items marked as non-applicable for the return policy

JIJI.SG reserves the right to reject any returns if item does not meet all of the above conditions and if its no longer in an acceptable condition due to wear and tear, misuse, abnormal usage, etc.

 

Non-exchangeable and Non-returnable items include:

Customised Items, Pillows, Bolster, Cushion Covers & Inserts, Bedding Covers, Towels, Rugs, Mats, Bathroom Accessories and other hygiene related products.

 

Return Amount

As shipping is a hard cost we incur from logistics, please note that all delivery costs are non-refundable, and there is a restocking fee at 15% of the price you paid for the item. As such, you will be refunded the following amount:

Refunded Amount = Final Paid Product Price - Collection Fee(& Assembly Fee if applicable) - Restocking Fee (15% of Final Paid Price)

Other companies factor return fees into their prices, we charge you only when you return! In this way, you're not paying for others returns or shipping.

 

Return Process

All we need from you is to simply email us at sales@jiji.sg with your order reference, and wait for our customer service representative to get back to you within 1 - 3 working days with the best available timing for us to pick up the item. Please be reminded that returns with items that do not meet the Return Eligibility conditions will be rejected.

After item is returned to our warehouse, we aim to process all refunds within 3 working days after receiving the returned goods. Please note that it takes 7 - 10 working days for the refund to appear in your PayPal balance or in your credit card account. However, for some banks, it will only reflect in your next monthly statement.

Voucher codes cannot be re-issued if you return your order. Meaning, you will not be able to use the same voucher code for another order if the promotion has ended. If you return an item which was purchased using a voucher code, only the final paid price (after discount) will be refunded.

The date and time of the pickup of the item you wish to return will be allocated to you, subject to the availability of our logistic resources. Unless prior arrangements have been made with JIJI.SG, requests for returns made directly at our warehouse/showroom will not be entertained.


If I want to exchange an item after receiving my order, what steps should I take?

We understand that finding the perfect piece of furniture for your home is important, and we're happy to help you exchange your item for something more suitable for your space. To initiate an exchange, simply email us at sales@jiji.sg with your order number and the items you wish to exchange for. Our friendly customer service team will follow up with you promptly to assist with your exchange.

Please note that we can only accept items for exchange that are in brand new condition with the original packaging, received within 14 days of delivery, and meet our return and exchange eligibility criteria. To discourage misuse of our return and exchange policy, we charge a 15% return fee for each item collected back after it has been delivered, including items returned for an exchange. This fee helps us to be sustainable while continuing to provide convenience and value to our customers.


What should I do if I receive damaged items?

What should I do if I wish to return the product(s)

We understand that choosing the right furniture is essential for your home. If you need to initiate a return, please send us an email at sales@jiji.sg or fill out the return request form on our 'Contact Us' page. Make sure to include your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will reach out to you shortly to assist with your request. You can also click here to verify if the item is eligible for a return.


When can I expect to receive my refund, and what is the process for getting it?

We aim to process all refunds within 3 working days after receiving the returned goods. If you cancel an order before the item has been shipped, the refunded amount will also be processed within 3 working days. However, please note that depending on your bank's clearing policy, it may take an additional 7-10 working days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

Please note that all refunds will be processed back to your original mode of payment, unless otherwise stated.
