The sofa itself is impeccable in terms of its value for money. The colour matches well with most decor, making it suitable for most interior decorating styles. The wood utilised exudes a premium aura in both looks and feel. There was quite a bit of drama as far as delivery is concerned, which on hindsight I should have been prepared for during the Chinese New Year high season. What was outstanding was that upper management is clearly sincere in wanting to do right by their customers. Almost every shop can be great when things are hunky dory, but it is only when things go wrong that the actual operating philosophy of the enterprise is revealed. JIJI.SG clearly wishes for their customers to remember them for the right reasons and that meant that despite some delivery hiccups, I will be a repeat customer.
