One of the supporting screw was not installed at first which caused the bottom shelf to sink once I start putting my books in. I contacted the service team and they arranged the delivery/installation guys to do a replacement of the bottom rack with the screw. It's good that that have the live chat function on their page which also makes them easily reachable.
