Got the rack from jiji with the promise of it being delivered the next working day. Waited a whole day, however no delivery attempts were made by their 3rd party delivery partner. Customer service officers was of no help AT ALL! No follow up calls. You have to constantly call and demand the status & location of the item. The constant promise of "they are on the way" made the whole process more frustrating as its just diversionary tactic to get you off the phone. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
