Verified Purchase
I bought this as I had to move office and needed it urgently. The trolley was delivered in a fully sealed box but when I opened it, the trolley was dirty. The handles had paint splatters on them. Not sure if it had been used or whether the QC was not done properly. As I needed it urgently, I did not return it. Having said that, it works as expected. Quality wise, its very basic and not up to the standard of those Japanese brands like Prestar which are twice the price. So buyer beware.
