The quality of the bed frame is lovely. Has a lovely, modern look. Just what we were looking for. After assembling, the noticed a missing part and immediately texted to arrange sending the missing part. Inconvenient but good service. The mattress however is really hard. It feel like sleeping on a floor so I have had to spend more money buying a thick mattress topper just to buffer the rock hard mattress. It would have been quite acceptable if the mattress was firm, but it is rock hard.
