1. Body frame uses normal metal coated with black paint. Meaning, if you accidentally scratch the metal and the paint got scraped off, it can easily rust especially due to the high humidity level in Singapore climate. 2. It's preassembled, so it came in one whole piece. Some of the screws were not properly tightened. One of the allen screws has minor rust, no big deal (just FYI). The materials are good overall, honestly, but workmanship not so. One side of the backrest is not able to properly lock onto the frame support due to misalignment of the hole — the ball bearing cannot pop thru' the hole to clip the backrest. For these reasons, I have to get my own tools with some sweat to fix them. If it's preassembled, the guy who assembles it must do a good job, apparently, he did not. I might as well receive the chair in parts so I can assemble myself and the outcome will definitely be better. 3. Product quality, to me, is formed by the material used plus workmanship. Hence, 3 stars. 4. For the price I'm getting, it's definitely value for money!
