With our disposal service, you can easily get rid of your old furniture on the day of delivery for your new items.

To use our disposal service, simply select the type of item you wish to dispose of and indicate the quantity for each type.
We will take care of disposing of the items you indicate while delivering your new furniture simultaneously.

Please keep in mind the following important information before purchasing our disposal service:

• The disposal fee is charged per item you want to dispose of. If you need to dispose of multiple items, adjust the quantities accordingly before adding them to the cart.

• Our disposal service includes disassembling the furniture, but it does not cover hacking or dismantling from walls and ceilings.

• This service is only available to customers who are purchasing products from JIJI.SG and can be availed only on orders containing products delivered by JIJI.SG.

• JIJI.SG reserves the right to reject the disposal service if removing any item is deemed hazardous, and the refund will be processed accordingly.

Before the disposal process, please ensure there is sufficient space for the disposal to be carried out smoothly.
Also, make sure to remove all items you don't wish to dispose of, such as decor items or soft furnishings placed
within the furniture to be disposed of, before our delivery team arrives.

Staircase Fees:

If our delivery crew is unable to use the elevator for the disposal service during the delivery (due to elevator size restrictions, unserviceable elevators,
or refusal of access by building management), we will assess the feasibility of the disposal service via the staircase in a non-hazardous manner.

Should the staircase disposal be considered safe, additional charges per item will apply.

JIJI.SG reserves the right to reject the disposal service if removing any item is deemed hazardous, and the refund will be processed accordingly.
