What type of lock are you using. Is it secure. Can the wheels rotate 360 degree and are they durable. Do the wheels rubber and plastic handle deteriorate and break off after 3 yrs. How long is your warranty. Kind regards Eric

For wheels rubber and plastic handle deteriorate and break off it will really depend of the usage of the luggage. It will best if you can store the luggage properly when not in use, store your luggage in a clean and dry area, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. The warranty period for this luggage is 1 year. But it is only applicable for manufacture defect but not include wear and tear issue or misuse. Thank you
